Upon appropriate receipt of payment, the purchaser receives the finished photo's highest quality .tif digital file and, again, the original raw file. The purchaser must email me at mbdxhdr@gmail.com in order to identify themselves and receive the files.

TO BE CLEAR, I am not selling limited edition prints. I am selling the finished digital files - the beginning and end files -  responsible for producing these top-class works of art. The purchaser can do what they wish with the digital files. For instance, they could retain them as investments, make various prints for personal enjoyment, market them in multiple forms (i.e., limited edition prints), resell them as an NFT (non-fungible token) and earn commissions with every resale, gift them, reprocess the original files in an infinite number of ways, and so on.

I will, of course, retain the right to be recognized as the author of this work. I, or the executors of my estate, will retain a duplicate of the files for backup or archival purposes only.

Upon payment, I send the purchaser the download link(s) to the file(s) by email within 24 hours. Purchasing constitutes agreement with these terms. The purchaser must email me at mbdxhdr@gmail.com to identify themselves and receive the files.
